Blackrock iron supplement takes off in 200 chemists
The British-based company is investing €250,000 in the roll-out
Blackrock Pharmaceuticals, the company co-founded by Belfast entrepreneur Una Loughrey, has secured 200 listings in pharmacies across the country for its new liquid iron supplement.
The British-based company, which launched Blueiron in Ireland last week, is investing €250,000 in the roll-out, covering the costs for hiring sales staff and advertising.
The iron supplement is now stocked in Boots, McCauleys, Hickeys and McCabes pharmacies.
