Former racing car driver examining Irish investment prospects
Peer Group, the London-based fund of Mayo multimillionaire Martin Birrane, is examining Irish investment prospects, including a tourism development in Waterford.
The former racing car driver, who owns the Mondello track in Kildare, is chairman and a main investor at Peer Group, which runs a portfolio of around €200 million of mainly property assets.
