A big date for your tax diary

In a few weeks – on June 30, to be precise – the status of Revenue Commissioners rulings will change.

The bottom line is that if you have a decision from the Revenue outlining how it will tax certain activities which is more than five years old, and you want it to remain valid, then you will need to take certain actions before that date.
