Barchester nursing home group set to sell off facility worth €20m

Barchester Healthcare, the elder care group backed by Irish investors JP McManus and John Magnier, is selling its primary care centre beside its Knightsbridge nursing home in Trim, Co Meath.

KPMG has circulated an information memorandum to potential investors in the business which has four long-term lease agreements generating income of €479,000 a year.
