The competition to partner Diageo in building a new urban quarter at the historic St James’s Gate site in Dublin has been whittled down to a shortlist of just three developers.

The Sunday Business Post has learned that Sean Mulryan’s Ballymore and its Singapore partner, Oxley, are in the running along with London-based property regeneration specialists U&I and multinational Hines.
