Food entrepreneur Yasmin Hyde set up Ballymaloe Foods in 1990 to sell her mother Myrtle Allen’s relish recipe to local shops and restaurants in east Cork.

In the 28 years since, the company has grown to employ 30 people at a purpose-built facility in Little Island. With a keen focus on continuous R&D and innovation, Ballymaloe Foods now sells a broad range of condiments and sauces to retail, wholesale and food service customers.
