The owners of a boutique Dublin hotel, who racked up business loans of €26 million, were guilty of an abuse of process in trying to stop a receiver taking possession of the property, the High Court has ruled.

Aberdeen Lodge is described online as an Edwardian luxe brick hotel “on a tree-lined street in upmarket Ballsbridge”.
