Australia’s Virtus Health buys final stake in Sims IVF clinic

The founders of the country’s largest private IVF clinic have now earned more than €30 million from the sale of the business, with its Australian owners mopping up the final stake in the company last week.

Sims IVF was set up by brothers Anthony and David Walsh 20 years ago and the final 15 per cent stake in the company was sold last week for €4 million.
