Question: I’ve recently finished college, and have been hunting for a job for a while. I’ve a couple of offers on the table. One comes with a slightly lower salary than the other, but includes a pension, albeit a relatively modest one. The other employer hasn’t mentioned a pension. Do they have to offer one?
