Ardmore’s income took a hit this year when hit TV drama Penny Dreadful finished

Extensive expansion plans for Ardmore Studios, including a visitor centre and increased studio space, have been outlined to parties interested in purchasing the Wicklow film and television studios.

Ardmore, which is owned by former U2 manager Paul McGuinness, accountant Ossie Kilkenny and Enterprise Ireland, was put up for sale last month and is expected to fetch at least €15 million.
