Apartment sizes set to drop dramatically

‘Worrying’ trends will see average size of 11,000 fast-track builds much smaller than today

The average size of new apartments is set to drop dramatically over the next decade, research by The Sunday Business Post has revealed.

The average sized apartment completed in Dublin this year was 85.42 sq m and 90.52 sq m in 2018, according to data compiled by Passive House Plus magazine.
