An Post rules out Clery‘s delivering new headquarters
Offices at the former department store not thought to be large enough for An Post‘s needs with its 1,000 employees
The Clerys Quarter is not being considered by An Post as a potential location for its new headquarters, the Business Post understands.
The semi-state last year confirmed it had initiated a search to find an “alternative, modern headquarter building” to relocate to by the fourth quarter of 2020.
Its existing headquarters at the historic General Post Office (GPO) has not been refurbished since the 1980s and is in need of significant works.
