Aldi wins case against Dunnes over 'misleading' advertising

Dunnes Stores advertisements which compare its products with products from rival Aldi amount to misleading commercial practice which could deceive customers, the High Court has found.

Mr Justice Brian Cregan said the Dunnes advertisements had breached customer protection laws and EU regulations. The products in question included pork sausages, yoghurts, tinned beef and pet foods.
