While AI anchors might make those of us currently in the media industry feel very uneasy, the truth is that no job is safe from automation

Journalists across the world felt a collective shiver down their backs earlier this month when China introduced some new members to its newsroom. These journalists will work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They do not get sick. They do not take holidays. They do not have homes to go to.
