New research indicates that more personalised ads are just around the corner, and they will find you everywhere

To paraphrase Sting, with every click you make, someone is watching you. The average consumer is exposed to 10,000 ads each day, and most of those are digital. This information is overwhelming and often irrelevant to consumers, meaning that companies are wasting their money advertising products and services to people that will never buy them.
