Accenture to use VR to put graduates to the test

Cutting-edge assessment technologies will take centre-stage in the graduate recruitment drive launched this month by Accenture.

The management consulting and professional services firm will use the world’s first Virtual Reality (VR) assessment platform to evaluate graduates applying for jobs at its three Dublin sites.

The company has redesigned its graduate recruitment process with the aim of using digital technologies to identify candidate skills and abilities through immersive VR, Augmented Reality and strengths-based interviewing.
