Accenture report says customers are after the ‘magic touch’

Vicky Godolphin, Accenture Ireland’s head of digital, said: “Customers expect magic all the time. What was great yesterday is tired today.”

She added that the pace of change is “incredible” in relation to technology advancements and customer expectations, but businesses must keep up.
