AA Ireland cranks up profits

AA Ireland, the breakdown assistance and financial services group, recorded a double-digit increase in profits and turnover last year.

Operating profits in the year to the end of January 217 rose to €13.1 million from €11.8 million. Turnover climbed to €56.5 million, a gain of 10 per cent year-on-year.
