Roy Sunstrum is director of customer support with Shopify, the Canadian e-commerce company that recently announced plans to create 50 jobs at a new customer service centre in Galway. Shopify’s cloud-based platform is used by 165,000 retailers in 150 countries. Based in Ottawa in southeastern Canada, Sunstrum manages 200 people, including frontline agents and back-office staff. He holds an Executive MBA from Queen’s University in Canada, and is an active angel investor.
