A brand new life after rugby
Former Connacht Rugby scrum half Frank Murphy has left behind the competitive sports world to pursue a creative career as a branding and editorial illustrator.
Murphy retired at the end of last season, following a 12-year career playing with Connacht Rugby, Leicester Tigers and Munster Rugby.
“I’ve always enjoyed art and design, but because I played professional rugby straight out of school, I never looked at it as more than a hobby,” said Murphy, who established his new venture this month.
