Not even two years in business, Joulica, the Galway-based tech start-up selling software to large-scale contact centres globally, has already gone straight to export, and secured early-stage customers in the financial services and online retail sectors in the US.

Established in May 2016 by co-founders Tony McCormack, Joe Smyth and Diarmuid Leonard, the company is planning to treble its workforce this year, creating 20 jobs in software development.
