A cocktail of Roe & Co whiskey made with rooibos, almond and coconut tea, and topped with orange zest cream and ground chocolate barley, has won Will Lynch of Bar 1661 in Dublin the Irish final of the Diageo Reserve World Class Bartender of the Year 2023.
