University College Cork climate scientists awarded €3.5m to develop energy model

Scientists at University College Cork (UCC) have been awarded €3.5 million to develop energy modelling for Ireland.

The model will be used to provide a picture of Ireland’s energy system across electricity, heating and transport to allow researched to address energy challenges.
