This year has been active for investment and occupier markets and, positively, it was a smoother year than had been anticipated.

The investment market had a steady year, with a return to more ‘normal’ trading volumes in-line with long-term averages (€2.5 billion). We were expecting this, with a fall in the number of larger-sized transactions anticipated.
