There “should be reform” of the political institutions under the Good Friday Agreement, but only once they are back up and running, Tánaiste Micheál Martin has said in a speech in Belfast.

The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Fianna Fáil leader was speaking at an event in Queen University Belfast marking the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement, which delivered peace to Northern Ireland and set up the power sharing institutions of devolved government.
