Liquidator appointed to firms connected to former FAI kit supplier

Investors in the companies are owed more than €13 million in outstanding loan note repayments

A liquidator has been appointed to two finance firms connected to the former kit supplier of the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) after creditors rejected a proposed scheme of arrangement.

Declan McDonald, a partner in PwC, was appointed liquidator over Trade Tower Finance Ireland Limited (TTFI) and Deal Partners Logistics (DPL), its subsidiary, by Mr Justice Brian O’Moore today.

Investors in the companies are owed more than €13 million in outstanding loan note repayments.
