A Limerick car dealer has been fined €2,000 after pleading guilty to providing false information in relation to the prior history of a car.
On entering the guilty plea, Patrick Quinn, trading as Raheen Auto Centre, was fined €2,000 and €500 costs at Kilmallock District Court. Judge Patricia Harney gave Quinn six months to pay the entire sum in full.
