Iroko Zen snaps up second Tesco outlet in Dublin suburbs

French investor’s Inchicore purchase, located 5km from Dublin city centre, is company’s third Irish investment this year

French investor Iroko Zen has concluded its third acquisition this year in the Irish investment market, recently closing the sale of Tesco Express on Tyrconnell Road, Inchicore, Dublin 8 for a sum of €1.425 million.

The property comprises two adjoining ground floor retail units, extending to about 450.57 square metres NIA. The retail accommodation is laid out to provide primarily supermarket accommodation, with an element of staff facilities and storage area.

Tyrconnell Road is located 5km from Dublin city centre and 2km from St James’s Hospital, which will also shortly be home to the new Children’s Hospital. Inchicore was voted one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world to live in 2021, according to Time Out magazine.
