Irish households face an extra €1,159 on annual grocery bill as price inflation hits new record

Grocery price inflation reached a record of 16.3 per cent in the 12 weeks to January 23, according to the latest data from Kantar.

It means that Irish households face an extra €1,159 on their annual shopping bills if they do not change their behaviour to cut costs.
