A decision to suspend Enoch Burke from his job as a schoolteacher was lawful, a High Court judge has found.
Mr Justice Alexander Owens said it was “rational and reasonable” for the board to have apprehension that Burke would “engage in harmful and disruptive conduct” if he was permitted to teach in the school. He said they acted properly in deciding to suspend him in August 2022.
