Dara Calleary refuses to say if he will back Micheál Martin into next election

The junior minister said he would not take the ‘bait’ when asked if he supported the Fianna Fáil leader to go into the General Election

Fianna Fáil Minister Dara Calleary has refused to confirm that he will back party leader Micheál Martin into the next general election.

Calleary, who was formerly the deputy leader of Fianna Fáil, was asked by RTÉ Radio’s Drivetime if there was any doubt that Martin was the person to lead the party into the next general election.
