On time delivery of entirely new industry will need regulation, planning, legal and administration to all fall into place this year
The coming years will determine the course of Ireland’s offshore wind industry for decades to come.
That was the clear message at last week’s Offshore Wind Energy Conference in the Dublin Royal Convention Centre.
