Co-living it up

Dublin’s first ‘co-living’ building will open next month. Supporters claim co-living is a housing solution with potential. Detractors, however, see it as ‘just more housing for the rich’

Typical co-living residents are in their 20s and 30s

Dublin’s first so-called co-living building will open in March, marking a shift in the city’s rental market.

Node, the company behind the venture, already has co-living properties in New York and London, with openings planned for Los Angeles, Seattle and Toronto.
