Two Sunday Business Post writers have been honoured at the tenth UCD Smurfit School Business Journalist Awards.
Business journalist Barry Whyte picked up the award for best interview, while senior lecturer in Economics at the University of Limerick and Business Post commentator Stephen Kinsella was named as the winner in the business analyst category.
The ceremony also saw UTV Ireland’s Paul Colgan won the Best Feature category and Fora.ie’s Paul O’Donoghue was named Upcoming Journalist of the Year.
Barry O’Halloran picked up the award for Business News Story of the Year, while Irish Times contributor Marie Boran was named Technology Reporter of the Year.
Meanwhile, RTÉ’s Will Goodbody was named Specialist Business Reporter and the Irish Independent’s Charlie Weston received the Outstanding Achievement award.
