Lawyers acting for Ted Cunningham, the Cork financial adviser, have written to the Criminal Assets Bureau demanding the return of €1.4 million seized from his clients in the wake of the Northern Bank robbery.

Cunningham has appointed KRW Law, the Belfast law firm led by Kevin Winters, to request the return of the seized money.
