SmartFactory aims to give production lines a digital tune-up

Limerick start-up SmartFactory is eyeing the global manufacturing sector with technology designed to reduce downtime and boost productivity on the factory floor.

The company has signed up partners including Siemens, GE Digital and Linespex to bring to market hardware and software that can capture and analyse process data for manufacturers in real time.
