Having Tony Robbins at his conference – the man Fortune magazine described as ‘the CEO whisperer’ – is a coup for former rugby international Frankie Sheahan, the man behind the Pendulum Summit, which takes place in Dublin on Friday.

But Robbins doesn’t come cheap. Unlike, the now-departed Web Summit, which infamously didn’t pay its participants, Sheahan’s Pendulum Summit does. Robbins’s fees are in the seven-figure range....
