A confidential report, obtained by The Sunday Business Post, into safety issues at a north Dublin boomtime development raises fresh fire safety concerns about the housing project.

The development, Belmayne, became famous after a glitzy launch in 2006 which used racy images to promote the project, promising buyers “gorgeous living”.
