The board of Quinn Industrial Holdings (QHIL) has announced this afternoon that its consultancy arrangement with Sean Quinn and Sean Quinn Junior is to be "discontinued"

Quinn had been seeking to regain control of the company he founded more than 40 years ago after being made bankrupt.
