Scully: ‘I was determined to stay on the pitch’
Aidan Scully, the former managing director of Markland Homes, who has set up a new property investment company called Investi, has advised its private clients on €40 million of property deals in the last year.
Scully, who previously worked for legendary developer Dermot Pierce who built the East Point business park, said Investi had worked on three recent significant property acquisitions as well as follow-up asset management to improve rent rolls.
