Ryanair takes contract battle with travel site Momondo to the High Court

Airline also has a court date early in January for a related case against search giant Google

Ryanair is suing travel comparison site Momondo after a dispute over its sale of the budget airline’s flights.

It also has a court date early in January for a related case against search giant Google, the airline’s spokesman Kenny Jacobs said.

Last month Ryanair revoked an agreement with Momondo following what it said was a breach of contract. Momondo had a contract to show Ryanair’s fares on its website.
