Ronan sues receiver appointed by Nama

The proceedings are in relation to lands strategically located close to the wealthy south Dublin suburbs of Cabinteely and Foxrock.

Developer Johnny Ronan has issued High Court proceedings against National Asset Management Agency (Nama)-appointed receiver Declan McDonald of PwC in relation to lands strategically located close to the wealthy south Dublin suburbs of Cabinteely and Foxrock.

Ronan had been acquiring lands which formed the site off the Brennanstown Road at the centre of the dispute since the 1980s. Nama, however, has taken enforcement action in relation to parts of these lands.
