Johnny Ronan, Greg Kavanagh and developer Clancourt are among those considering bids on the former Pod nightclub in Dublin’s city centre.

However, bidding for the roughly €6 million old Harcourt Street station building has been hampered by a major row over rights of way attached to the property.

A set of multimillion-euro legal proceedings are still wending their way through court in relation to the venue.
