Restaurateur and publican Jay Bourke has denied claims by a liquidator that up to €800,000 may have been misappropriated from accounts connected to his failed bar and eatery Shebeen Chic.
The well known businessman has also rejected an allegation that he received just over 100 personal payments, amounting to €57,071, either by cheque or from payments out of the company’s bank accounts.
