Irish bookshops have opened early today to make way for the return of one of fiction’s biggest names: JK Rowling.

A new Harry Potter book by the millions-selling British author went on sale this morning, with Eason staging a midnight opening last night and a number of its stores holding Harry Potter breakfasts in celebration of the new work, entitled Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
