When sisters Rebecca Harrison and Charlie Errity inherited the family business Fishers of Newtownmountkennedy in 2010, their biggest priority was survival.

The shop sells clothing, footwear, crafts and food from an 11,000 square feet premises in the north Co Wicklow town. It was established in 1979 by Harrison’s parents, Jane and Simon, with Jane’s brother and sister-in-law, Simon and Marion Hughes, and brother Peter Hughes.
