Among the most enduring frustrations experienced by property vendors and buyers, and their representative estate agents, is the delay in the conveyancing process – that is, the transfer of legal title from seller to buyer.

A mistake at this stage of the process can be costly. But delays can be costly too, albeit this situation is often tolerated by consumers, perhaps due to a sense of powerlessness within the process.
