O’Sullivan’s new VC fund could raise $350 million

High net worth clients of Davy are being asked to part with a minimum of €100,000 for the fund

A new venture capital fund being raised by Dragon’s Den star Sean O’Sullivan could raise as much as $350 million, according to documents sent out to potential investors and obtained by this newspaper.

The information memorandum, a teaser document designed to encourage high net worth individuals to back the fund, was compiled by stockbroker Davy for its private clients team.
