Former billionaire Tony O'Reilly is expected to apply for bankruptcy in The Bahamas later today where he has been resident since the 1990s.

Earlier this month, The Sunday Business Post reported that the Bahamas Court has appointed an interim receiver and has scheduled for a hearing on the petition to determine whether to accept and approve the proposed composition with O’Reilly’s creditors.
