One tester for every 369 people awaiting driving tests, say RSA figures

There are no driving testers in Wicklow, where 1,115 people are waiting for their driving test; and there are no testers in Longford, where 457 people are waiting for their test

There is just one tester for every 369 people waiting for their driving test in Ireland, according to new figures from the Road Safety Authority.

The state has just 150 testers for the over 55,000 people waiting to get a date for a driving test or scheduled to take a test. There is just one tester for the entire county of Meath despite over 1,850 people there currently awaiting their driving test. There are no driving...
